What this site collects

This website has no customer accounts and no online payment. There are two ways your information reaches us:

  • Enquiry forms. The contact and catering forms send what you type — name, phone, email, and your event or enquiry details — to our email inbox through the form service Formspree. We use it to answer your enquiry and to quote catering. We do not sell it or add you to a marketing list.
  • Measurement. Pages you visit and actions like tapping “Call”, “Directions” or an ordering link are recorded by the analytics and advertising tools below, so we can tell which parts of the site are useful and whether our ads work.

Third-party tools on this site

  • Google Analytics 4 — page and event measurement, with IP anonymisation turned on.
  • Google Ads — records when a visit from one of our ads leads to a call, a directions tap, an ordering click or a completed enquiry form.
  • Meta Pixel — the same measurement for our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Formspree — delivers enquiry-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Embedded content — the Google map on our contact page and the Google reviews widget on our reviews page load from Google and SociableKit, which may set their own cookies.

Ordering happens on Uber Eats and DoorDash. Once you tap through to those apps, their own privacy terms apply — we never see your card details.

Your tracking preferences

You can turn measurement off for this browser at any time. Choosing “Turn measurement off” stops Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel from loading on your next page view; the site keeps working exactly as it does now.

Access, correction and questions

To ask what we hold from an enquiry you sent, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email maamaduraistreetfood@gmail.com or call 0424 077 120 and we will action it. This page describes our actual practice in plain English; it is not legal advice, and we have not had it reviewed against the Australian Privacy Act.

Accessibility

We build this site to WCAG 2.2 AA as closely as we can: every page works by keyboard with visible focus outlines, there is a skip-to-content link, form fields have real labels, images carry descriptive alt text, and we honour your system’s reduced-motion setting.

Two embedded third-party frames — the Google map and the Google reviews widget — are outside our control. If anything on this site is hard to use, or you would like menu information read to you over the phone, call 0424 077 120 and we will help.

Allergens

The chicken and mutton we cook with is halal. Everything is prepared in one kitchen alongside dairy, nuts, egg and gluten, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of a given allergen. Tell us about an allergy when you order and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.
