Travels Well
Some dishes are better in the box than others. If you are ordering delivery, these hold their texture best:
- Madurai chicken and Seeraga Samba mutton biryani
- Kothu parotta — it is meant to steam a little
- Pepper chicken, mutton chukka and kola urundai
- Goli soda and rose milk, straight from the fridge
Dosai and idly are best eaten fresh off the griddle — worth the walk in if you can.
